I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with the Umaine chapter of Camp Kesem, designing social media graphics, newsletters, counselor shoutouts, and t-shirt designs to support their mission of providing free summer camp experiences for children impacted by a parent’s cancer. This nonprofit work has not only allowed me to contribute to an important cause but has also helped me refine my skills in understanding client needs, particularly in the context of fundraising and creating designs that resonate with a charitable community. Throughout this collaboration, I’ve learned to craft designs that both inspire and engage while staying true to the organization's values and goals. This experience has enhanced my ability to work within tight timelines and adapt to evolving project requirements.
